IQ WARS provides a daily reasoning game, score profile, public and friend leaderboards, geography rankings, optional X verification, paid profile features, and related Recursiv-hosted services.

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account or public profile.

Scores are entertainment and competitive signals generated from IQ WARS puzzle performance and timing. They are not medical, psychological, school-admissions, hiring, immigration, or high-IQ society eligibility determinations.

You may not automate official attempts, evade daily attempt limits, manipulate leaderboards, impersonate others, abuse group links, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with service availability. We may remove entries or suspend access for suspected abuse.

You are responsible for profile text, usernames, group names, and any content you submit or share. Do not post unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.

Free players get one full official IQ WARS run per day. Paid features, currently listed at $4.99/mo unless changed in product, are billed through Recursiv and Stripe. You can manage or cancel paid access through the billing flow made available by Recursiv or by contacting bill@recursiv.io. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Optional X verification, payment processing, email, analytics, advertising, hosting, AI, and anti-abuse services depend on third parties. Their availability and terms may apply. Recursiv is not responsible for third-party outages or decisions.

Automated or agent play must be disclosed and may be separated from human leaderboards. Private friend rooms are intended for real invited people unless the room owner and product policy explicitly allow otherwise.

IQ WARS may display advertising or sponsorship placements when configured. Ads do not change official scoring rules, and paid promotion does not guarantee rankings, scores, or leaderboard placement.

IQ WARS is provided as-is and as-available. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent rankings, or that any score reflects innate intelligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recursiv Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid for IQ WARS in the prior 12 months or $100.

We may update the service or these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, security, or operational risk. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
